Petrol victim 'punched on head'

A teenager accused of throwing petrol over his girlfriend and setting it alight punched her on the head on the night of the alleged murder in Angus, a court has heard.

Jessica McCagh, 17, was knocked off her feet from the punch by Stewart Blackburn, 18, jurors were told.

The court heard the punch followed an argument between the pair in which Blackburn had pushed Miss McCagh through a hedge.
