MSPs debate new arbitration clauses

New measures aimed at updating laws on arbitration are due to come before MSPs.

Enterprise Minister Jim Mather has already said the proposals - which could be passed by Holyrood - are "clearly needed".

Scottish Government ministers hope measures in the Arbitration (Scotland) Bill could attract international business to Scotland.
