New cross-Forth bridge plan due
Legislation which will pave the the way for a new Forth Road Bridge is being published.
Transport Minister Stewart Stevenson will launch the Bill in Edinburgh.
The new bridge priced at between £1.8 billion and £2.2 billion and is due for completion by 2016.
