MSPs debate local court closures
Ministers are making a fresh attempt to persuade MSPs to agree to the closure of three local courts.
But a fourth court, at Annan, was reprieved.
Under revised plans which Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill will put before MSPs, the court at Annan will continue.
