Boy's death - pool operator fined

The operators of a city swimming pool where a boy drowned were fined £40,000 for breaching health and safety laws.

Luke Hutton, seven, drowned at the Olympia Leisure Centre in Dundee in September 2007.

The alarm was raised when a child noticed the youngster was missing at the end of a public swimming session. His body was found in a covered wave pool following a search.
