Scotland pays respects to war dead

Parades and services will be held across Scotland to remember those who died during conflicts.

First Minister Alex Salmond is expected to take part in a service of remembrance and lay a wreath at the Stone of Remembrance at the City Chambers in Edinburgh.

The Lord Provost of Glasgow will also lead a similar ceremony in Glasgow.
