Government accused of cutting budget

Labour accused the Scottish Government of cutting the budget for tackling drug abuse.

The SNP made an election pledge to boost spending by 20% for drug rehabilitation services.

The Government said it is dealing with a "legacy" of drug addiction over a number of decades when Labour was in power.
