Sun shines on festival

Tens of thousands of music fans basked in sunshine as T in the Park got under way.

Scotland's biggest music festival will see 85,000 people descend on Balado, Kinross-shire, to see some of the world's top bands perform.

Kings of Leon, Franz Ferdinand, James Morrison and Idlewild are among bands appearing.
