Finance staff strike over pay offer

Finance workers are taking strike action in a row over pay.

The action is being staged by union members at the Capita Hartshead office in Glasgow, which deals with pensions administration.

Rob MacGregor of the Unite trade union said the action was sparked by the firm's "derisory" offer of a 1.5% increase in wages.
