'Sleazebuster' is 'right choice'

The man put forward to be Holyrood's new "sleazebuster" is the "right choice" for the job, MSPs have been told.

Solicitor Stuart Allan has been nominated to be the next Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner.

Mr Allan succeeds Dr Jim Dyer, who is stepping down after six years in the role.
