THE enchanting tale of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe comes to Motherwell Theatre, playing daily from Thursday, March 5, to Saturday, March 7, at 7pm.
Follow the story of four young adventurers who stumble upon an enchanted wardrobe, where they think they've found the perfect place to escape a rainy day.
Stepping through the wardrobe door, they are whisked into the spectacular parallel universe known as Narnia - a fairytale land of magical proportions where woodland animals talk and mythological creatures roam.
The show will be performed by Lanarkshire Musical Theatre (LMT)- a joint venture between Motherwell Theatre and Insideout Productions.
Paul Harper-Swan, Managing Director of Insideout Productions said: “Last year when we launched LMT we never imagined that the first full production undertaken would be the classic tale of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. And yet, that's exactly what we are doing. It is a true reflection of the immense talent here in North Lanarkshire."
Tickets cost £6 or £5 for under 25s and Passport to Leisure cardholders. To book call 01698 403120 or visit www.northlan.gov.uk.
