THE Arctic Monkeys have joined forces with Vue Entertainment to give fans across the UK the chance to see their last gig of 2007 on the big screen.
Arctic Monkeys at The Apollo will be screened at the Vue cinema in Hamilton on Tuesday, October 14.
The 76-minute film of the last gig in the band’s acclaimed 2007 world tour at the Manchester Apollo has been captured on super 16mm film.
The tour followed the release of their second album Favourite Worst Nightmare.
This will be distributed by Arts Alliance Media in 2K digital cinema, complete with 5.1 surround sound.
This is the highest quality of digital projection available in cinemas today.
Arctic Monkeys were formed in 2002.
Their two albums to date, Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not and Favourite Worst Nightmare were both released to huge critical acclaim. This live show features stunning tracks from both of these albums.
