Artist Jim makes an exhibition of his work at East Kilbride centre

A WELL-known Larkhall man will this month showcase his paintings at an exhibition in East Kilbride Arts Centre.

Jim Jordan, a former chairman of South Lanarkshire Disability Forum, hosted a special preview evening of his works at the centre.

Jim has worked with pastels for over five years, and oil paints for the last year.

This is his third art exhibition where his paintings have been to the fore.

His work is varied and unique, including portraits, landscapes and abstracts, and he has undertaken many commissions.

The exhibition will run from Sunday, June 7 to Sunday, June 28.

It is open from 10am until 8pm and admission is free.
