THE LensHeads film school run by North Lanarkshire Council's learning centre held a premiere screening of its latest films.
They showcase the talents of the area’s young filmmakers.
An audience of over 200 people viewed three live action productions and one animated film.
The young film-makers, from across North Lanarkshire, have been taking part in the exciting Lensheads film school course which aims to provide the skills for them to become the next generation of Scottish filmmakers.
The free course, which has run from July last year, was open to those aged 15 to 18. On completion of the course, successful applicants received an SQA unit in Video Production Techniques.
All who took part in the course learned about the entire process of film making from script to screen.
