JALIL (8/1, Coral, Hills and Skybet) is the one who can gun down red-hot favourite Curlin in the $6million Dubai World Cup at Ned Al Sheba on Saturday.

All eyes will be on Curlin, the Breeders’ Cup winner and 5/2-on favourite for the race.

Jalil, who cost owners Godolphin a record-breaking $9 million and is the most expensive yearling to race in the UK, has been transformed since switching to dirt and could win punters’ pal Frankie Dettori his fourth triumph in the race.

Last week’s selection Rio Riva (20/1) rewarded each-way backers by finishing fourth at Doncaster in the William Hill Lincoln Handicap.
