BADMINTONscotland are looking for stars of the future

COUNTY kids with dreams of badminton stardom have been given a chance to prove they’re a future star.

The sport’s governing body BADMINTONscotland are searching for promising young players and will hold a talent day for under-12s on Saturday, April 17, at Scotstoun Badminton Academy in Glasgow.

The objective is to identify a group of young players to form a Scottish Development Squad, which will meet regularly and provide a structured programme to enable the best young players to fulfil their potential and excel in the sport.

The day is open to 7-12-year-olds and they are welcome to show BADMINTONscotland coaches what they can do.

Places must be reserved for the talent day in advance and by April 1.
