HAMILTON power tool supply firm Noel Kegg Ltd. helped raise nearly £3000 for the earthquake victims of Haiti by organising a sponsored run around Strathclyde Park.
The Burnbank company, who supply a wide range of equipment and garments to industry, donated £5 for every lap of the park their staff and their families and friends completed.
About 175 people took part, completing a total of 205 laps and raising £2863.46.
Amazingly, £688 of this total was given by people taking part, who wanted to donate further.
Noel Kegg Ltd are also taking part in the Scottish Caravan Show at the SECC from February 4-7, and 10 per cent of all products sold during the run will go to the Haiti fund.
The company thank those local firms who helped with raffle prizes.
