HAMILTON Junior Water Polo Club battled to a narrow 13-12 opening day league win over East Dunbartonshire on Sunday.

Goals from Joseph Dunbar (3), Jonathan Muir (3), Peter Bruce (2), Jordan McKenzie (2), Darren Smyth (2) and Nicky Corns gave the Water Palace side victory.

Hamilton are away to Warrender at Stirling University on Sunday, starting at 12.45pm.
