Schools are on fast track for top event

OVER 300 pupils from 16 schools took part in this year’s Clydesdale Primary School Athletic Championships at Loch Park Stadium last month.

Organised by Clydesdale Sports Council, the event saw primary 6 and 7 boys and girls compete in 100m and 600m races in addition to the long jump, with the popular and exciting inter-school relays completing the programme.
