COLVILLE Park Golf Club held their Blochairn Trophy on September 21. Results were:

First Class: 1 - P. Rolwich (7) 69; 2 - G. Haugh (2) 70; 3 - A. Orr (Bellshill) (7) 70.

Second Class: 1 - A. Marks (11) 68; 2 - J. Kippen (11) 70; 3 - J. Prentice (8) 70.

Third Class: 1 - W. Friary (17) 66; 2 - G. Hendry (16) 66; 3 - C. Dick (Bellshill) (20) 67.

Scratch: S. Haugh, 71.

The club held their Holiday Shield competition on September 27. Results were:

First Class: 1 - A. Dunsmore (5) 65; 2 - J. Murray (7) 66; 3 - G. Andrew (6) 67.

Second Class: 1 - J. Kippen (11) 72; 2 - R. Cunningham (13) 72; 3 - G. Barr (12) 73.

Third Class: 1 - W. Roe (19) 67; 2 - W. Friary (15) 68; 3 - A. White (20) 70.

Scratch: A. Dunsmore, 70.

CARLUKE Golf Club’s ladies’ section held their 12-hole Texas Scramble competition on September 23. It was won by M. Turner, L. D’Ambrosio and S. Hyslop.
