Vivien Kyles is new chief exec at Racecourse.
Vivien stepped down from her post as chief executive at Livingston FC last week, to replace Alastair Warwick, who has left to join Ascot.
The 38-year-old, who helped steer the Almondvale club out of administration in 2004 as part of the Lionheart Consortium, takes up her new post in June.
Hamilton Park chairman Sir Ian Good said: “I am delighted that Vivien is coming on board, as she will be a great asset in the years ahead.
“Alastair has done a superb job here as chief executive and his appointment by Ascot is testament to that.
“It was vital that we replaced him with someone of great commercial pedigree and Vivien’s record is second-to-none.”
Vivien said: “Clearly this is a very exciting time for me and a challenge I’m greatly looking forward to.
“My plan is to continue the drive to raise Hamilton Park’s profile locally and nationally, in both horse racing and entertainment.”
