Warnock sees Sevens action in Hong Kong

FORMER Biggar Rugby Club star Ali Warnock appeared as a substitute and scored a conversion last Friday, as Scotland Sevens opened their Hong Kong tournament campaign with a 26-10 win over Portugal.

However, Warnock was a spectator on Saturday morning as China won 19-12, and scored a consolation try, as Kenya knocked the Scots out of the tournament with a 19-7 win later that day.

Argentina then eliminated Scotland from the Plate with a 7-5 win on Sunday.
