Hamilton sink Falkirk away from home

Falkirk 1 - 2 Hamilton Accies

SIMON Mensing and Paul McGowan were on the score sheet for Accies to come from behind and beat Falkirk.

The Bairns grabbed the first goal thanks to an unfortunate back-pass from Accies defender Chris Swailes which trickled past his own keeper Tomas Cerny.

However, Mensing equalised ten minutes later after he smashed a shot from close range from a Brian Easton corner.

Falkirk could have went ahead later in the second half, but Steven Lovell's one-on-one chance with the keeper proved fruitless.

Hamilton looked the stronger side and McGowan sealed a victory after a volley past Falkirk keeper Danny Mello.
