Hamilton Accies 1 Celtic 2

ACCIES fell victim to a late winner from Paul Hartley in a controversial match at New Douglas Park yesterday.

The former Accies man let fly after a classy one two with Brown, putting the ball past Cerny for the win on 86 minutes.

The Hamilton side started brightly, with an Offiong header after 16 minutes giving Billy Reid’s men the lead.

Celtic were awarded a penalty in a debatable decision after Martin Canning fouled Cillian Sheridan, outside the box.

Canning was sent off as a result and Shunsuke Nakamura equalised from the spot on 39 minutes.

The Hoops pressed the homeside for a winner on and eventually scored the winner through Paul Hartley with four minutes to go.
