MY wife and I are extremely disappointed with the standard of the festive lights in Larkhall.
For many years the Christmas lights were of a standard that evoked the Christmas spirit. They included candles, plum puddings, angels, Santas etc.
The current lights evoke absolutely nothing!
For Christmas time, this is hardly the best feeling.
But what can you expect when so many of the Larkhall parents and children appear to be motivated by money?
How many of them actually try to impart the true Christmas spirit of families sharing memorable times together?
Apart from that, many of the youths of Strutherhill have become feral. Just ask the police!
The feral youths are in the minority, thank God. I have no wish to paint everyone with the crimes of the few.
Name and address supplied, Larkhall.
