Homeless gran didn’t have long to wait

What a sad tale in last week’s Advertiser about grandmother Jean Brown being homeless after her son showed her the door.

But can anyone in South Lanarkshire sell their home and be re-housed in six months, or is this unique to Larkhall?

She sounds disappointed she has to wait all of six months after selling her house to the son who later threw her out.
